Notice Writing on Educational Tour

• As the group captain of the educational to team of your school, write a notice for the school notice board giving instruction on following points to the participant who will go on a tour to Darjeeling. Tell them about the following points:

The place of visit – the time of departure and time of return – essential item to be taken – the constant letter from the guardians – inoculation certificates.

NOTICE

[ Topic- For an educational tour ]

Date- January 1, 2023

The students of class 10 are hereby informed that an educational tour has been organized by the school, to Darjeeling.

The tour program is from 20 February to the 25 February, 2023.

A Luxury bus has been book for this purpose.

Interested students are requested to register before January 31. Rs. 800 per head should be deposited at the time of registration.

Those willing to participate please note the following-

• They are directed to take sufficient woolen garments along with their luggage.
• The must carry there on its container toilet articles torch light and any other things for daily use.
• Before the journey, they should submit constant letter from they are guardians and inoculation certificates.
• It is recommended that people who suffer a lot from winter or do not tolerate cold should refrain from this trip.
• Willing students mast assemble at the school premises at 7:00 a.m. on 20th February.
