To prepare lemon squash first fresh lemons are collected from gardens. After scrubbing the lemon rind is scrapped. Then the rind is boiled with water. After boiling is done it is allowed to cool for some time. Then the juice is squeezed out from it. It is then strained through a sieve into a bowl. Next Citric acid and sugar are mixed with it. The mixer thus prepared is then poured into clean and dry bottles. Thus, lemon squash is prepared, packed, and sent to the market for sale.
